Chimney Relining

The chimney liner is one of the most critical components of the system. It is responsible for safely venting exhaust gases while protecting the surrounding structure from heat and byproducts of combustion.

Over time, liners can deteriorate, become damaged, or no longer match the requirements of the appliance being used.

Relining may be necessary when:

  • The existing liner is cracked, missing, or deteriorated
  • The chimney was built without a proper liner
  • A new appliance requires a different flue size
  • Draft performance is inconsistent or inadequate

Operating a system without a properly functioning liner can lead to heat transfer into surrounding materials, inefficient draft, and long-term system failure.

We evaluate the chimney and recommend an appropriate relining solution based on:

  • Appliance type
  • Flue size and configuration
  • Overall system condition

All relining work is approached as part of the full system, not as an isolated repair.
